  Been with this company for years however over last two years level of service has dropped. Property managers always changing, constantly chasing property manager to get answers. New property manager has zero experience called her 5 times with Lisa only to reply with "she doesn't know exactly". Currently looking elsewhere LJ Hooker needs to hire people that know what they are doing cause it's your company they are representing!

  I have had investment properties for 25 years and I have seen a lot of real estate agents good and bad. I can pick a good agent and Jill is a good agent. The girls in the office are well organised and always follow through any problem until it is resolved. They do their jobs well so I can recommend LJ hooker Sunnybank Hills for managing a rental property.

  David and I have dealt with Jill for just over 3 years now. As our property manager, Jill regularly exceeded our expectations. She is extremely skilled in all aspects of property management and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to potential clients. Jill is very calm and measured in her approach with us as tenants making her a pleasure to deal with, she is also very efficient and understanding. I’ve had experience with many property managers over 8  years and without doubt I would rate her the best out of all them. I look forward to dealing with Jill again in the future

  Cassie and Isabelle have done an absolutely perfect job at helping me wrap up my previous lease and then went above and beyond helping me secure a new property that suited my needs and wants in such a short time frame. Highly recommend. Ljh at Sunnybank Hills as always been good to me with any issues that arise and they are sorted promptly and expertly.

  My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised with the way LJH Sunnybank Hills conducted their affairs with us. Like many other people, were also very lucky to have Jill as our property manager. Simply put, she is the best property manager we've had. Prompt, professional, fair, impartial and has a great personality to boot!
